Skövde Science City is part of a creative development zone that comprises the knowledge corridor that connects the University of Skövde with Science Park Skövde. Because it’s a place for education, living, working and thriving, we’re focusing a great deal on students. Homes in the neighborhood closest to the university and Science Park Skövde will be built for younger adults. Of the 170 apartments being built in the first city block, 50 will be student housing and 30 youth housing units for people up to the age of 30.
